I have gotten a few requests asking me he flipins, how Do i get op on almost any server I would like? Well here is my answer. I have been hosting a server since 2010. I know what it takes to get op, do not think I spend all of my time flying around my server watching everyone like a hawk. No, I do not sometimes I do go on other servers and when I do I go on servers that are just starting off, not very popular, and this is were I get op. So before entering the server you need to know something. You need to know the basics to plugins such as permissions essentials factions, and that kind of shit then you can answer any kinds of questions the owner has. When you have done that enter the server and be cool, you do not want to jump in and just ask to be op. Lets face it, you cant get op on a decent server in 20 minuits, you need to be very active for 2 days at minimum with the owner, admins, mods, and other players, build a cool home/base. Then the owner will start seeing potential in you and if you ask just say "hey owner, I have been here for a while, and i know you and your team pretty well, and I would appreciate it if i could be a member in your team, what do you think? if he says fuck off, leave if he says hmm i will think, stay, if he says yes, stay.
