For those of you who wonder how to get admin
or a builder like rank or some sort of trust
just follow these quick and easy steps
Some of you my be wondering "Why should i listen to you?!''
Well i will tell you why : my self i have ran a server and know most about them
i have been admin on series of 17 different servers
i have been working with server for a year
i have much knowledge and i use these steps to get admin/ranks
now lets get going with the juicy stuff / all the info
Ok here is a list of tactics

Never ask for ranks right when you join!
Do not act like a noob!
Do not use un proper grammar (i am a bad speller so bear with me here)
Do not use the following things when you talking:
ur , o , brb , or anything really like that
it makes you look like a 5 year old!
do not overly use XD or :D or and other faces like that
Again it will make you look like a 5 year old
sound smart it makes you look highly respectable
Know what a plugin is and know how to use some of the main ones
like WoldEdit or Pex or WorldGuard It isn't always a necessary thing to know
but if you know how to use them it will make you look desirable as a admin
Know most of the basic server commands like
/home /sethome /spawn /tpa
and stuff like that
play on the server that you are trying to get admin on every day or as
often as you can! this shows that you like there server!
Ask if you can help them with anything! (do not do it every time you join)
Ask questions and start up a conversation!
this shows that your interested in there server!
Do not overly swear!
Do Not be annoying!
look like you know what your doing
connect with other players and do things together!
