Firstly, Download optifine Highlight ALL the files usining winrar's CTRL+A Function then Windows button click Run and type in %appdata% click OK and open .minecraft then the bin and finally minecraft.jar extract the optifine files in to the jar AND BOOM! YOU GOT OPTIFINE congrats!
