Yeah just 2 note : My photoshop keeps crashing that's why the image is ugly lol.

Ok follow dis steps.
1. Go to Minecraft Forge.
Then easily select your version.
I use 1.7.10 so.

2. Click da installer. Make sure the version has the name : 
For example : 1.6.4-Recommended < cuz it's recommended :P.

3. After you've done it. Ad.fly will pop up.. Then "skip ad".
After you've downloaded it. Click the jar.
Then this should pop out :

4. Click ok, it will start downloading, then go to START button.
Search Run then enter and search for %appdata%.
Click .minecraft. Then you'll have mods folder..
5. That's it! Just download forge mods :). Don't forget optifine!
