So, did you always wanted if your server is very good, and balanced? Then this blog is for you!
1: You need good staff. Good staff means staff who isn't any: idk 10 or 8 years old kids. Also don't make of staff any people who say i want to be staff. First find out are they trustable!
2:Your server need good rules! You need make balanced rules. Main rules mostly is No Hacking No Spamming and No Advertising, at other servers No Grief or No PVP. Always you need some rules, because server without rules isn't balanced and players don't like it!
3:Also you need very fun and interesting server. It cannot be so boring if peoples leave. Always and always, it need to be interesting!
