1) You need to have java.

2) Download the version of your minecraft server (the version you want)

3) Download bukkit gui

4) Make a map (Name it whatever you want for example "My Server")

5) Rename Spigot or Craftbukkit to "Spigot" or "CraftBukkit"

6) Open bukkitgui and click on "SuperStart" and go to "JAR file" in "SuperStart" and change the location to where you have your Spigot or craftbukkit jar file.

7) You need to make "Server Type" in "SuperStart" to the Server jar you have for example "Spigot,Vanilla,Craftbukkit"

If you want to login into your server you can "Add a server" and type in at the ip to localhost for the smartest.
