After having been with demonvps for a few months, my server was in despair for about a month long period. Their nodes were constantly having connection problems, both my server and website were always crashing and it was quite frustrating. They nullroute your server (Meaning no one can connect to it) for a minimum of 24 hours which is "policy", and my nullroute lasted 34 hours. 






I felt like I was paying for a server that I wasnt getting. I kept sending tickets, and would get between 2-8 hour responses if at all, each time I would get a generic response like "Sorry, we're having connection problems with this node", never any compensation or assistance in fixing the issue which wasnt even my fault.






Finally, after sending enough unanswered tickets, I issued a chargeback, since I wasn't getting the servers I was paying for. Demonvps within minutes (unlike their ticket reponse times) canceled my server and deleted 6 months worth of files despite the fact that I had lost the paypal dispute and the money was returned to Demonvps. (Yes, they got their money, but canceled and deleted my files because I wrote a bad review)






They're smartasses who don't care about your server, just their money. (Dont write a bad review if you're using them, cancel first)



They are susceptible to small DDoS attacks (They will take your server offline if you are hit, for a minimum of 24 hours)


The ticket times are lengthy if their having a node problem which is common. (Atleast through out this month)






They'll claim that their nodes have 99.9% uptime, and show you statistics to prove it, but just because the node is "online" doesn't mean it's working. You'll get a cant connect error for your website, or your server will become unstable despite it being "up"






Save yourself the time and hassle and go with someone else. I easily found cheaper and more reliable hosts with DDoS protection for less.
