NOTE: you might need the color picker if it has a short head. If so, pick a color that you think should be in the blank spot.
1. Import a mob skin into a player skin.
2. You get the face, arms, legs, etc. into the skin.
3. You use the clipboard brush and get the parts on the player.
Then there you go!
