Basically you start off by sweet talking them into letting you TP to your base

use your jedi mind tricks if you can

After that you proclaim that they have been fooled and then you are ready to begin raiding

Kill them the best you can then steal all the important stuff! I recommend taking all the gravel, dirt, cobble, flowers and all that kind of stuff. Leave the poop stuff like diamonds and armor and stuff like that!

after that you have to grief the base!! I recommend a wood pick for that job! once the base is done make a great escape and you are done!
