Hey! You may not know what a chicken jockey is, so let me explain it to you first. A chicken jockey is an extremely rare appearance of a baby zombie, baby zombie villager, or a baby zombie pigman riding a hostile chicken. As a result of riding the chicken, the chicken jockey won't take any fall damage. The chicken still randomly lays egg and moves at the speed of the baby zombie. Here, I'll show you a simple step-by-step guide to spawning them.

First, you will need a command block and a button or lever to activate the command block. Make sure your difficulty is on easy or higher.

To get a command block, type /give [your playername] minecraft:command_block. (This only works when cheats are enabled. In version 1.7 and below, type 137 instead of minecraft:command_block).

Place down to command block and right click it. Type /summon chicken ~ ~1 ~ {Passengers:[{id:zombie,IsBaby:1}]} and hit done. For old versions of the game, type /summon Zombie ~ ~1 ~ {IsBaby:1,Riding {id:Chicken,IsChickenJockey:1}}.

Place the lever or button next to the command block and activate the command block.

Congratulations! Now you know how to summon chicken jockeys!

The command isn't messed up, just outdated. But you're right about the new command, I'll update it when I'm not lazy.
