this is pretty simple and has some easy steps to make

1.- get the command block ( if you dont know how press here ------> www.planetminecraft.com/blog/how-to-get-the-command-block-no-mods-things-in-appdata-/ )
2.- get the coordinades where you want to teleport ( press f3 to see the coordenades x y and z ) for example : 79 68 89 that is a coordenade
3.- put the command block and insert this command: /tp [player] where player is your minecraft name ( you can also put this: @a teleport all, @r teleport random player or @p teleport nearest player) and coordinades are the place you want to teleport
4.- link the command block with a lever, button, pressure plate, etc.
5.- its done, now activate it and teleport yourself !

USES: you can make some cool traps for other players in servers or for you to reach some cool places

ERRORS:
1.- if you teleport in survival mode you can fall out of the world or take fall damage and die
2.- if you teleport far away it may cause your computer run slow

4.- if you miss some coordenades you could remain stuck in a block, and die

TYPING ERRORS:
1.-the numbers thato you put should not be decimals: 23,6; 67,23222; -20321,30003 so they will be: 23, 67, -20321
2.-the second number (y, height, should not be negative, so -23 change it to 23
3.- dont overpass the 30000000 in distance an 256 in height
