You need to have knowledge of, HTML, photoshop and dreamweaver, you also need to be dedicated.
Three roles: Secondary Main coder (Needs to know a decent bit about hml), Logo Designer (Needs to be good at photoshop), Javascript coder (If I get someone for this they a pro)
Please note that I don't want it to be about paying, I just want a group of guys making a Web designing team. You will get some in-come when sales start getting high.
