I need someone to make a server for me........My Friend and I want to do a lets play together

please help!!!!!!!!! I have benn trying for a long time to make a server but it never works I have followed at least 70 tutorials but they dont work. I just need a regulaer survival server that can tp. Thats all i need in it. The creator of the server can be in the lets play as well if they would like. also what is the creators skype so i can contact u.
