is there anyone who would be willing to or can turn this guy into an mc skin for me?

idk if anyone will see this but i need some help here. i've been getting into roleplaying and storytelling more and i've set up a few with friends but the problem is that sometimes it just gets dropped, or maybe someone isn't there that day so we can't continue the story (so on and so forth). so i was wondering is anybody knew something where there was consistently people on, actually customizable characters, something for storytelling and roleplaying, ect. (i remember tprr on roblox but at the moment that's not accessible)

i know this is a lil controversial, but yall, i just wanna know what your opinion is on the new minecraft update format (drops). personally, i think they're fine and nothing to go crazy over but im pretty sure more people would think otherwise
