Hi guys! The second Steve/Mob Dilemma is here. I personally think steve cannot talk, but villagers can. You can't hear villagers because maybe they talk through electric pulses or body language (maybe not because they don't move when they talk) but Steve has no way of communicating apart from in previous updates, he went "ooh!' and also, he can communicate with the chat button (apart from that might be the player)
