A Server in Progress

Hey everyone, me and my brother, TheFinalTaco are working on a totally amazing server. RPG, with shops, houses, and free builds outside the server. There's a lot of secrets too, like codes to win prizes and the secret mine located in a (well duh) secret place! PVP too. :) But anyways, I just needed some help with a few plugins. If you guys would be awesome enough to post in the comments of plugins like the Chest Protection one, and the one where it shows you as the Admin or Owner, AND maybe walk me through installing them, then that would be great, and me and my bro will make you guys Admins when the server comes out. I'm not the best when it comes to mods, but I'm a whiz at designing. Also, I have one question. I had to op my brother and myself to be able to break bricks. I for one, DO NOT want to op ANYONE until I know there legit, but I still want them to be able to break stuff. Any plugins to fix that or is it just luck and chance? Thanks guys, your awesome for this. :D

Also- noclip, how to buy and sell items at shops, how to jail people, etc. Just post every plugin you can think of and I'll pick, but I really want to make this an awesome server. Thanks again, man(:
