As most of you know, OreoVal is also another popular skinner, and what she creates is often amazing.
I've also had the honour of being able to interview her, too.

How did you find out about PMC & Minecraft?
Well, my brother's friends were like, obsessed with minecraft about a year ago. xD He bought the game, and got me the cracked version. (ooh we're so bad. xp) I finally bought it last January because I absolutely could not stand being a steve anymore. xD The same day, I was looking for a skin and stumbled across PMC. Thus my skinning career was born. cx
- What are your favourite things about skinning?
Well, I really love how unique and creative you can be with them (though I'm often not cx). I love seeing how my flat-colored skin can come alive when I shade it, and I reallyreally love just being so totally satisfied with the way one came out which I'm usually not. It's that euphoric feeling of knowing you've created something that people will like. Because when people are happy, I'm happy.
-How long does each skin take you to make?
Ohmygosh. Most skins, it takes like 3 days to make one, because 1. laziness 2. no confidence 3. I get bored with one, start a new one, then go back to the first. Sometimes it takes me like a week to finish them ;n; same reasons. I can barely ever just make one in a day anymore. I miss the days when my shading was so simple, that it only took me five minutes to half an hour to make a skin xD
-Do you prefer the universal format or the 1.7+ only format?
I prefer making skins with then new 1.7+ format, because they can be soso much more unique and creative, and I looove the new layers, but most of the time I'm so lazy I just do universal. cx
-What do you think about this months 'Circus' themed skin contest?
I think "Circus" is a really narrow theme, to be honest. It's so hard to actually have an original skin when there are so many clowns, ringmasters, tightrope walkers, and (strangely) elephants. (I wasn't expecting that many elephants). It is sort of a fun theme, because it contains lots of bright colors and has happy relations. I honestly didn't like any of the other possible themes for this month when the poll was open, though.
-Who is your favourite small skinner?
My favorite "small" skinner, who I think deserves more attention for their skins, I would have to say is my friend Radrobin25. He makes amazing bird skins, but they get nowhere near the attention that human skins do - and they're amazingly shaded and portray the real birds well. He makes great use of the 1.8 layer as feathers. Yet, I never (or barely) see his fantastic feathered skins on the pop reel.
- Do you have any advice for beginner skinners?
My advice for begginner skinners is, shade. Even if you feel like it's terrible, it will make your skins look muchmuch better with just a little shading. Never, ever, use noise. Noise, to be brutally honest, is effortless (and therefore gets you no experience to improve your shading with) and makes your skin look far worse than it would just plain flat. I'd also reccommend some of the_soup's blogs on skinning, they are very talented and try to explain everything clearly, from hue-shifting and colors to little bits you need to remember to finish to make your skin look better. c:
- What do you like to do in your free time?
Believe it or not, I love to crochet and sew. cx I've crocheted hats, stitched together purses with yarn and can tabs, and sewn everything from skirts to pillows. cx I also like reading, and loove animals. I'm on a bowling league, too. I'm not the best at bowling, but I love hanging out with my friends there cx
-Lastly, did you enjoy this interview?
Of course cx it's always fun typing novels answering questions. Thanks so much for interviewing me n.n
