So how did you find Minecraft?
My friend showed me it for 3 years ago and he said he would pay me $2 if I bought it, so I did!
What do you think of Minecraft?
I think Minecraft is a game where u can teach somethings, every time you play it, you are getting better and better, and you can meet many friends, like me! I meet like 20 every day!
What is your favourite thing to do in Minecraft?
I do a lot of terraforming but I also love to build things most of the time.
Why do you build?
Because I will like to have my building skills on the highest level, and not just where I am now. Also because I have the opportunity to build something I will, because I cannot really do that in real life.
What got you into building terrains and what inspires you?
I saw a video about a guy called ‘thorinfilms’ that built a medieval city, and I saw this custom pines and mountains and I tried to find it in the default maps but I could not find it. So I asked him about how he did this and he said ‘Worldpainter’. So I tried to install ‘worldpainter’ and I was so bad, I didn’t even know how to make a mountain, but then I saw ‘jamziboy’ and he helped me a lot with ‘Worldpainter’, and after 6 month I could do pretty good terraforming and I got better every day. And learned new technics. I was about to stop a few months ago but then a guy called ‘ibuildpixels ‘ posted this map which looked amazing and I just thought that if he can do that, I can also! So I started to find these custom brushes on the internet, but didn’t like them so i decided to make my own. And after 1 year where I am now, I make my own brushes and I get better every day.
What type brushes do you use today and how do you design them?
Right now I’m using some custom brushes I have made, in a program called ‘worldmachine’.
What inspired your first project?
I searched on youtube ‘Worldpainter’ and then this guy called ‘Imbilio’ was there and I watched his ‘Worldpainter tutorial 8’ and I decided to do the same. I decided to make a map!
What advice would you give to a first time terraformer?
I would advise them to go out and find some brushes on the internet or on PMC. Then I would advise them to go and watch some tutorials and ask the video makers that have been doing it for a while about any questions you have but can’t find on the internet.
And lastly, If you could use one word to describe Minecraft and its community what word would you use?
