invisible items

Please help I have invisible items. Such as Chicken, Beef, Blaze rod, some new music discs, and potion bottles and supplies.

can someone tell me if this is just a glitch.
is it happening to you guys?
please help!!!!!
you don't have to recommend just comment if you have the same problem or have a solution.

Turn off texture pack, and go back to default.

If not, explain better the situation.
