is Herobrine a real player name?

So I was playing around with the "DisguiseCraft" plugin on my server and its case sensitive so i tryed this command
/d player Herobrine. and my sister said i looked like Herobrine and my name was Herobrine. it works with SkythekidRS and Notch and all the real player names so it makes me wonder "is Herobrine a real player name?"

so play around with these names and other player names if you have DisguiseCraft (its a plugin for bukkit servers)

I have found a website that shows all MC players with their username history ans UUIDs. I even found my past name and now name ans skin on there, but when I typed up Herobrine's name it showed him with skin and UUID. I'm not sure if this was real or not.
