Hey,
I wanted to make mods so i asked around and People told me MCP so i got it and it said it needed JDK so i went to the java site to download it. I hit accepted the agrement the downloaded the first one(Linux x86 (32-bit)) It took me along time but i found out the real One For Windows 200: 32bit: Windows x86 (32-bit). 64bit: Windows x64 (64-bit)
