A big baby grand dropped with a clatter,
And I rose from my place to see what was the matter,
I thoughtfully wondered if this was all planned,
When the reindeer came in and started a band.

They were folllowed by Santa himself in his sleigh,
Gagged and tied up to be kept out of way,
He mumbled and struggled and tried to pull free,
But he would get nowhere if you would ask me.

Rudolf was marching infront of the gang,
And the joyous gold bells from wall to wall rang.
Dasher removed his harness with glee,
While Santa just sighed, and tried to pull free.

I shook hands with Blitzin and with Comet did spin,
While Cupid pulled out a bow with a big grin.
Dancer and Prancer were dancing a storm,
While Olive served cupcakes from the top of her horn.

The banjo was brough in with the utmost of care,
And then came the stage and I cold just stare.
Dasher climbed up and started to talk,
And I got so bored that I went for a walk.

I got back for dinner but they ate most the food,
Personally I think that was horribly rude,
But they were so hungry; yet terribly neat,
SO much infact, that they washed every seat!

Then Santa got loose so they dashed all away,
They flew through the sky, although it was day!
I smiled and hoped that they'd not be seen,
Then frowned at the mess that they'd left me to clean.

Mary wasn't bright you know,
When she walk, she walk to slow,
When she wait, she wait to long,
When she raise her hand she's wrong!

Mary was a little bus,
She drove the children to the school,
One day there was a great big fuss,
About an 'agneau’ at the schoool.

NOTE: 'Agneau’ is French for 'lamb' ;)

Humpty Dumpty
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty was pushed off the wall,
By all the King's horses and all the King's men,
And if they had half the chance they'd do it again!

Pet a Goat
Pet a goat, pet a goat,
As gently as you can,
Give it some oats, and feed it from your hand,
Rub it, and stroke it, and scratch its back,
Give it some goatfeed, and let it eat the whole sack!
