Okay guys, since Jester started this, and at least to my knowledge, has not shown how to do this, so i shall help
Okay first you need to use this base
Color, edit or whatever in MS paint, or photoshop that i've now seen someone do.
When you're done, crop and save each of the frames.
When you've got them all go to Iaza
Upload the first image
When you've done that, go to Animate-Frame animation
Upload all of the images into the right order
Set the speed to 1/10 and set the loop to infinite.
Then convert and save
