Making a better server!

Hey guys :) Toast from cyansnowgaming here.
We have a minecraft server, but sadly we do not seem to get many players. Players join, play for a while and then leave to never return.
So! We want to ask you guys how we could improve on our server. Any suggestions are helpful and welcome. We want to make our server the best possible gaming experience for players and so we figure the best way to make the community happy is to ask the community themselves.

Err. I was your most Active Member, and people liked me, but I tried to get on and now Im banned.... and My friend went on and asked why and then they banned him too. So can you unban me? I really liked your server

Its just the banhammer has spoken. It came out of nowhere too. Its me, Kjordo711. I think it was the abuse of power by Kale but I am not sure.

actually no. i said i was from planetminecraft and banned me. And when i mean i was banned as son as i got on i mean as soon as i got on

Ahhhh yes.... My friend cyan always used to ban people who said that. Reason being people would come on saying they "work for planetminecraft and would like OP so we can review your server" He got annoyed from that so people who said they are from planetminecraft would get banned by him. I have stopped him from doing this (to my knowledge) I can unban you if you wish. Though I would completely understand if you don't want to come on after that.
