Stupid players

Alright, i was on the server i am helping build and this person decides to log on and starts to grief. She had a mod or a hack that allows her to turn into creative mode and build anywhere she wants. She said "I'm in creative, am i allowed to?" I told her no then she starts to grief... everywhere. She started after i logged off for like 5 minutes. i come back to a screwed up server store. One of the mods was trying to kill her with commands since apparently moderators don't have ban/kick commands. I find her by teleporting to her, and i see her destroying everything. I simply put the command "/ban jlevin14 griefing the server"
