Plasma. It's what makes lightning in Minecraft as well as its fire but what if it was controllable? this would be sideways lightning as well as wireless redstone through dangerous air transmission. It could be a weapon for explosive purposes which would make the base defense much easier but a way to make it less op would be having to power it through coal or possibly Redstone block usage. this could be a much better alternative than TNT cannons since it is aim-able and does no tile damage to the surrounding area.
