Minecraft we all know is not that realistic but thats the point of the realism mod.

Realism Add's

Water
Thirst
Block Physics
Wind
Snow that piles up
Sunburns
Coldness
Coats
Clothes
And Much More!

(This is just an idea!)

Hopefully modders look into this.
