Minecraft 1.9 pre-release has come out today, like Jeb tweeted today on twitter yesterday at roughly 1 PM (eastern standard time). This update will probably include snowmen, nether bricks, armor will also possibly be changed to be more durable, and Jeb also said that he is working on a "simpler armor value calculation". This update will be the biggest update since the 1.8 update and could also possibly include the skylands!
