In this blog, I'm going to express my visions for Minecraft 2.0 and why these ideas really matter to the next page of the Minecraft story.

First of all, I think that ziplines are one idea out of many that Notch implemented and I agree with this as well. Ziplines would be really useful as you could travel long distances without using much material or hunger. After all, think of all the useful things you could do with a zipline. With the help of the zipline modder, Minecraft would be so much more fun.

Another implement that I like is chairs, tables and lecterns. Chairs, tables and lecturns are essentials to interior decoration and should be used as a utilities as well. Lecturns are useful for decorating churches, mosques, importanat meeting places and the possiblity could go on for ages before coming to a stop of ideas. Chairs and tables can be used to make dining rooms, restaurants, and even more possiblites than the lecturn.

A third idea for a brand new era of Minecraft is the use of projectiles. The player should have the ability to make firearms and even slingshots. It seems like a bad idea for some people because it spoils all the fun, but I have a solution to that problem, and that is making the bullets either inaccurate or weak or even both at the same time. Cannons are a good idea as well. Projectiles are really useful for multiplayer PvPs because people do need to protect thier majestic castles or even underground bases. Projectiles can be also used for shooting hostile mobs such as creepers or skeletons or even endermen. Projectiles can be used for many sorts of ways and has many uses as well.

Airplanes also sound like a good idea because you can fly from one place to another within a short time. Passenenger airplanes are a good idea because you could have flights on servers from airport to airport. Trains to replace simple minecarts and rubbish furnace minecarts seem like a good idea as well because you can travel goods at a fast enough time. Passenger trains can be acheived by placing a strong pusher train and putting normal minecarts in front of it. Cars and buses are also a good option for cities or inter-town transport in servers. Bigger boats with chests on them would be able to carry any precious items to a port of another town.

The final idea I'd like to put in is the ability to swim instead of "walking" in water, to pull yourself up, crouching instead of sneaking and able to sidestep while running. These add more effect to the game and is useful for parkour, running away from a pursuer and so on.
