I'd say ziplines too but I have a feeling that it would conflict horribly with ropes+ and I had to choose one, plus Smart Moving is very compatible with Ropes+.
Also Randomobs, it's a pretty basic one pretty much everyone has (it comes with mcpatcher) but I love it, I usually take mobs from lots of different texture packs, rename them for Randomobs and put them in my current TP.
I have nearly 100 different zombies in my game now.
p.s: Nobody cares if you're a girl. :)
