i'm not really sure how did this really happen.
this started happening for me on minecraft 1.8 or 1.9(pre) maybe.
but i tried everything to fix it! like putting the missing file into the .minecraft?

when i start up minecraft classic it ends up giving this red message.
i even tried to reinstall java too! but it didn't work!
i even tried using a different browser and it doesn't for the others too!
i had another computer, and it works fine, but the only problem is that it runs very slow.
it doesn't for my computer for some reason.
what the red message says:
"An error occured while loading the applet
Please contact support to resolve this issue.
Fatel error Occured (4): Unable to get input stream for lwjgl_applet.jar.pack"
