But why do it?

The "15 year old boy" comes in her house and offers her a big surprise.
Old man: hey girl lets get it on :)
And the girl was never heard from again.
So, if you online date a story like that could happen.
Don't online date. You could be dating someone who is either a pedo or someone who likes to ... you know what.

online relationships are very possible and usually people don't give out their addresses early on in the relationship unless they're extremely gullible. once you've built a certain level of trust and you're very commited to the relationship (video chatting is usually always a huge step forward), people do begin meeting up sometimes because it's obvious that there's no pedophiles talking to you by that point. these relationships don't really occur in minecraft though, and i agree, minecraft dating is a ridiculous concept.
i took this as a bit of an insult to long-distance online relationships, so sorry if it was a joke blog or something. and i apologize for the rant, i can delete this comment if you want me to. i just wanted to explain.
