I need some help with the new world generator built into minecraft. How do you use it?

The generator for the flatlands? you just choose the blocks you want to generate, on the layer you want them to generate. Say if you pick TNT on the layer below the surface. The whole world will generate with a layer of TNT on the block below the surface

umm... just asking.. do you know of any websites that allows free uploading of minecraft maps? I cant seem to find a suitable one...
