Many people are worried that they will have to pay again once Minecraft launches later today (11/18/11) at Minecon. This is false information, the final release of Minecraft is completely free for pre-existing users.
ALPHA Users: If you purchased the game during the alpha phase, you will get the final release of the game for free, all future installments/updates and bug fixes for free.
BETA Users: If you purchased the game during the beta phase, you will get the final release of the game for free and all future bug fixes for free, however any future installment/updates of the game will cost you.
FINALE RELEASE Users: If you failed to buy the game until after the release of Minecraft (11/18/11) then you will pay full price for the game and pay for all future installments/updates of the game, you will however receive all bug fixes for free.

i buyed during beta.....
i almoast buyed during alpha but something went wrong with the payment
a few weeks later i heard minecraft went really cool so i tried again with success
but my success could be better af i bougt it then......
btw:where did u got this information?
