I think there should be a block called "Redstone Block" that if powered it powers everything next to it

Ex.) You power the block and theres a door next to it, on the other side theres a redstone lamp and on the other side theres piston, They All Get The Power And Open, Light Up, Push/Pull

You can do that with any block :P But if they change that, that was what I was thinking they should do.
