Minecraft Partner

I need a minecraft partner
I would like them to be around 14, or just as mature as a normal (non-rugby playing) 14 yr old
I would like them to have a paypal account, to organise adfly money and donations (Not untill i can trust you)
I would like them to know a bit about minecraft and redstone (as in can make basic contraptions, not computers or elevators)
I would like them to be able to be on at least for an hour a day on weekends sometime between gmt 00 and 9 am

I have a youtube channel that is just starting out, and I am making an adventure map
