Minecraft Skin Editor/Maker

So, alot of people ask me:
"Hey, I'm sorta new to Planet MC and I was wondering how to make skins and texture packs online for FREE. Do you know any place I could use?"
Good Question. Lots of people on Planet MC want FREE ways to create commands, skins, and resource packs.

Nova Skin is a minecraft creator's site that allows people to make skins and texture packs.

How to make a skin on Nova Skin:
First, click "Player Skin Editor". Once the page has loaded, go to the upper left corner and click "search player name or url". I have never searched up a person's name, so I don't know if it works.
Usually I search "girl" or "boy", select the basic-ist one, and build off of that skin. You can always start fresh with a steve, but I usually use a girl that has the hair type I want. I change the colors, edit the clothes, face, and body.
When you are ready to download the file to your computer (so you can upload it here), click the green "SAVE" button at the top of the page. You can give the skin a name, but that is only for Nova Skin itself, so the skin you created shows up there.
Once you've "named" it, hit "download skin" and you should download the file.
On Planet MC, to upload a submission, go to the top page and click "Account"
Near the top of the page that it brings you to is a "new submission" sign.
Click that and select "skin" or whatever.
Then upload the file, tag it, give it a name and BOOM!
Easy.

Texture Packs on Nova Skin?
I am going to try making a texture pack on Nova Skin soon, but I haven't already, so I really don't know how to. I'm guessing it will give instructions, though.
