I don't think that swearing in the /tell is a problem. Only one other person can see it, and personally, the people who I play minecraft with are always of age to handle swearing. I partially agree with you for the other parts, but I don't think it should be worthy of a ban or even a kick, just a gentle warning by a moderator. Second of all, Minecraft it isn't mandatory to play multiplayer (unlike some games). If you think someone is too young to handle swear words, a parent should not allow their child to play online multiplayer. The ESRB gives us all a fair warning about online play, and how it cannot be rated properly. This way, people can freely talk on servers, and children are unexposed.

Or just not have a little kid go onto a server with people much older than him... People are allowed to say what they want so if they want to curse, just go on a different server.

I sorta agree about what your saying.
Little kids play minecraft. Maybe they should add an option which automatically gensordes swearing.
I don't really mind it but hey.
