MinecraftDev.exe is now done and it is called minecraft.exe
you cant use 1.6.1 in the normal exe unless you change the jar file
you can get the exe at www.mojang.com
you now get profiles and options
you can change the resolution and the game directory
you can change how much ram is allocated to the game
you can get all versions of minecraft from the very old versions til the newest
they stopped use of the old launcher :(
but theres no need to use it anyway
