When you try to open minecraft.exe, you get the following ticket below

There are few simple steps to fix this problem:
1. get the latest version of java (jre7), even if you have it, find a newer version,
2. rightclick on your Minecraft.exe, then click properties, then on the properties bar, click "copatibility" then check the box that says next to it "Disable visual themes"

Why it broke:
Well, java.com got hacked, and jre7-7 was infected, infecting alot of exes. you do NOT want jre7-7, you want jre7-8 or higher OR jre7-6 or lower.
