Minecrafts End?

Its been a couple of days since the 1.3.1 update has came out, and to be honest with you, I was excited at first, but theres lots of problems in the new version, and minecraft has become WAAAAAY too unrealistic now, whenever I get pushed accidentally into a wall by a friend on multiplayer, I start suffocating and cant move and theres TOO MUCH LAG in multiplayer servers, and each time I go play a singleplayer world, my minecraft either freezes or takes a long time to load, its not my computer and I'm 100% sure because it never ever freezes on anything except for minecraft. I seriously think it should go back to 1.2.5 because I could stay here all day writing over a million problems with 1.3.1, whenever I randomly die in servers from the lag, it takes a MINUTE to stop the lag and delay, but by then I would die randomly from the lag again, seriously...minecraft should go back to 1.2.5 or at least remove some of the stuff from 1.3.1, No-Lag servers are become Lots-o-Lag servers, Singleplayer is becoming Frozenplayer, Minecraft seriously needs to be changed.

Sounds bad, have you submitted a bug report or are these fairly common errors? I've not had any problems at all with mine since the update. Though I'm starting to miss my mods so I might rollback anyway until they're updated.

This is actually happening to all the people I know, and its not a common error, its actually the updates that have caused this.

Best to report it then so they can patch it up (1.3.2 mebby).
