I recently made a discovery,
while building in minecraft, I was happily placing blocks until I noticed something strange. I was looking at a grass block with nothing in my hand when suddenly one appeared! I was confused at first, but then I found out how I did it, [Mouse3]. But what is this elusive button anyways?
Now that you know what [Mouse3] is, I can tell you the full secret. When you press [mouse3], the block you are looking at will appear in your hotkey bar. If it is already there, you will be switched to it. This handy use can be helpful when you want to obtain blocks not available via the inventory, such as tall grass!
