this is a blog post at best, not a project. post the project after you have found a server and started the project.
Will you need World Edit and Single Player Commands for building? Giving Materials will be no problem.
I'm also a great fan of lotr and it would be cool if you're going to build your stuff on our Server.
The server is still online, so if you want, you can join it now. You just need to use this MC changer tool. (It doesn't change your orginal Minecraft. It just adds new minecraft.jar for the version you like to play with.)
But if you like to wait for 1.7, I could message you then.
if theres other people wanting me to build on theyre server ill be happy to, doesnt matter what patch from 1,3 to 1,7,3
