Hey everyone! I'm your crazy duck lady, today I will be discussing my tactics when playing mini games.

  1. 1.

Now, furthermore, we shall first off discuss the main mini games that are usually played, I might leave some out, but it's for the most part that I really have never played them, nor have I seen gameplay of it.

So let's list off some mini games!

. Building/Defense games: The Walls, Saving Santa, Wizards
.Quick Games: Snake, Any Parkour Game, Hot Potato, TNT Run, Musical Chairs
.Racing Games: Mario Kart, Dragon Escape, (Once again, any parkour race)
.FPS/Shooting Games: Call of Duty(MC Edition), Paintball, Super Smash Bros.

Now, there are many more games, but these are my personal basics. Shall we begin?

Building and Defense Tactics:

These games take quite a long time for the most part, very tiring, and sometimes boring, unless you survive. For example, let's try The Walls, very popular game. Mostly on every server, ect. The objective is to defend your team in a square arena, and after a specific amount of time, a barrier between you and the other teams drop, and it's your job to make sure your team is the last to survive, most people's tactics are to quickly make materials, go underground and scour for a cave system, or if you're lucky, diamonds, possibly an Enchanting Table and secret chests hidden throughout.

Where the building and defense comes in is the tricky part. My tactic is to go deep deep deep underground, usually to bedrock, and search down there for items. I usually turn my volume up all the way so I can hear lava, water, or other enemies/allies. Maybe if I'm lacking on some ingots I'll ask around on my team. This tactic prevents me from getting caught by enemies, and usually gives me a longer amount of time to survive, whilst others fight on the surface.

If I find a good set of armour and iron tools I will probably make an axe, and build and sky base. Before doing so I will try and find arrows if I get lucky. But having an ariel view of the entire map and seeing the commotion from below is quite entertaining, and informative. I also make sure to get sand/gravel and place it above the wood/stone flooring at the base, so if people try and build under to get to me they get toppled.

Quick Game Tactics:

These games are quite fun, and very quick and enjoyable. Hot Potato is a good example for a quick game. Hot Potato is where someone, or a few people are chosen to have a specific time to pass an item over to another player, and if they don't give it to someone else in time they are out.

My tactics for these kind of games are to hide. I'm a big hider, since I have a laptop and PVP isn't my best. Hiding usually gives you time to plan out your actions and for the most part, always crouch, having a desperate enemy see your name when you have no where to run in time is hell on Earth. If someone gives your hiding spot away, run, don't look behind, don't press F5, nothing like that. Stay focused on what's infront of you, and pray to God your parkour skills come in handy.

Racing Games:

These are quite not very good for me, I was never a big racing fan. I will list off some tactics I will use though, I honestly don't recommend following them though. I'm sure everyone has heard of Mario Kart. For MC it's the exact same concept. My tactics are dodging for the most part, and using boosts/powerups as much as possible. If you get close to someone else, try and bump into them, but not from behind, because that usually pushes them forward.

FPS/Shooting Tactics:

These are usually on maps, and I absolutely love these games, I have some pretty handy tactics as well, in my opinion of course. Like I said, these are on maps. So there will be placing to snipe, expose yourself, and chase. I usually find a comfy spot where people don't spawn, I crouch, and I look around, and if someone sees me, I run in the opposite direction, usually in a hidey hole for about a minute or thirty seconds. If they find you just go berserk and shoot rapidly. Especially if you're trapped. If not, I would probably suggest running, and when you run, try and run from side to side, so they don't lock you in.

So, ladies and gentlemen, these were my tactics on some popular mini games that you will possibly be playing. I hope these helped, or informed you to a good extent.

Please diamond this if you liked it, I appreciate every single one :]
