Mod Help

hey me again and the topic of this blog is mods i need Your help on making on a mod a have this awesome idea and i need help on making it happen so i need you to help me on my way up the ladder on my ranking and also to learn how to make a mod.
BTW as soon as i have fully learnt the art of making a mod i will delete this blog but i will make a new one on mod ideas.
