Mod Idea (Concrete)

I honestly have no idea how to mod, however, I have seen some creative mods in my time but I have not seen cement. I have an idea that involves a few mods combined. This idea, would incorporate a simple mod such as adding a material, and this idea would add a bit more interesting mod like wet sand. My idea is to have maybe a new block, limestone and I mean, why isn't limestone already in the game? It's a huge part of mining in and of itself. This limestone block could be combined with gravel, clay, and sand to make mortar, which could then be mixed with a bucket of water to make a bucket of cement. You could then pour the cement into a area. If it could be as viscous as lava then be able to dry you could have ramps! Or if you didn't want ramps you could just fill up the area and make a cement block(s).

I didn't know quite where to put this but it's an idea and not a real mod.
