Mod request?

Hei, im not sure if there already is a mod that does this, but anyway i'd really like a mod that would do something like this.

-Damage goes strait to your Armour
-Food heals your hearts ( Or have custom food that does ) ( Or hearts and hunger )

Now, I want this due to always dying when for instant, taking on a mob spawner from a range, I eat and eat, yet it only fills my hunger, not my health bar so I die.
Etc etc etc.
