Mod Request?

Hey Guys! Lately i've been trying to find a mod, but I can't seem to find a good one. And i was wondering, if maybe someone could make it for me! Some of the things I want in the mod are:

Emerald/Lapis Armor - Lapis tools/armor is as strong as leather and stone, Emerald tools/armor is as strong as Diamond

Hellstone - Found in the nether, as strong as Iron, Crafted into Tools/Armor

Ruby - As strong as Diamond, Can be used for Rings/tools/armor

Sapphire - As strong as Diamond, Can be used for Rings/tools/armor

Topaz - As strong as Diamond, Can be used for Rings/tools/armor

Silver - As strong as Gold, can be used for Rings/armor/tools

RINGS

Silver Ring - No special abilities

Ring of Aviation - Ring that can be used for flight

Ring of Enkindling - Ring that Lets you start fires (endless flint n steel/lava buckets)

Ring of Water Breathing - Ring that lets you breath underwater...pretty self-explanitory...

That's all i can think of at the moment, I can provide the textures/sprites for the items and the crafting recipes for them too!
