modder needed

I have an idea for a mod and it is called Pennywise mod
It adds a clown called Pennywise
Here is what he can do:
He can run really fast and stands like a zombie
He has loads of hit points even with a diamond sword
He makes laughing and screeching sounds
(optional) When hit he makes the sky go almost completely black and starts to chase you
(optional) If wanted to you can make a biome/world for him to spawn in
Make a spawner for him
Please say this was my idea and write it when you release the mod
You can use the skin I made To look up the skin go into the skin section and look up Pennywise
