Mistakes
- Easily Get Jealous, Started Copying Ideas.
- Dedicate His/Her life into Minecraft and Treat it as a Job.
- Treat Other's Server as a Threat and Do anything to bring it down.
- Stuck with the Old Ideas and was Not Improving.
- Became Contented on what other's will invent rather than Inventing his own.
- Being too much Dependent on the Staffs of the Server.
- Irresponsible and will look His/Her Players as Customers Rather than Friends.
- Too much Laziness that can't even advertise for His/Her Server.
- Only wants power which He/She didn't get from other's server so He/She ended up Hosting just to gain it.
- Didn't Notice that the more server, Is the more times the Players will get divided.
Explanation
- Because of getting amazed by other's work, people tends to Copy what it is and starts knowing the feeling of it.
- Because of His/Her Vision about the Donation System especially the PAY TO WIN system, He/She started a business about it. (Base on the EULA Selling things from Minecraft is illegal)
- You guys must Respect other servers as well as their Ideas, Me? I'm totally happy there's server hoster to Provide another world with another Ideas, but if it's just almost the same with others? nah...
- Some owners were still at lower version and still at the the old Minigames etc.In order for your community to grow properly you must show them that your ideas are growing as well.
- Some Owners were just waiting for Game Type to come and they will just copy it easy as that ei? rather than exploring to contribute for the community.
- This is the most common case I've been through before, I've met lots of Server Owners who really doesn't work for the server and just keeps hiring Staffs for Free, I salute those STAFFS for doing a great job just to raise that server.
- You as the Owner should be socialize especially about your members, the best way to make a player stay up inside your server is to be friends with them, 99.9% of MC Players are loner who are just looking for a place where they can fit in. Give them what they need and they will give you what you need, Trust me, I've been there before.
- You as the Owner should always be Functional, It's like running a Country and you're the President, your country depends upon your works, so work hard.
- Remember from Spiderman? {"Uncle Ben: With great power comes great Responsibility"} Hosting a server isn't that easy, you must first follow to learn how to be a Leader, Don't rush much and do it Step by Step, Don't try to jump to the next Step or you'll ended up hurting yourself.
- If you think your server was just a replica of what others did already, please,please,please stop hosting again just to divide that players, Players should be compressed in a Compact server where they can really meet each other. Players should have a communication and not just a Contact, Minecraft was ment to be Social and not War, It's about Peace remember that. A world that connects every people all over the world with just a few clicks.
